1. SMS Program Terms (A2P 10DLC)

Roofing Lead Magnet Pro™ operates an SMS program used to communicate with customers and leads who have provided express written consent.

• Program purpose: lead notifications, appointment coordination, campaign updates, account alerts, and support communications.
• Marketing messages (if selected at opt-in): occasional promotional offers and service
announcements.
• Message frequency: varies by account activity and user interaction.
• Rates: message and data rates may apply.
• Carrier disclaimer: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Opt-out: reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive a confirmation message.
• Help: reply HELP for assistance.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use our services without agreeing to receive SMS messages.

2. SMS Opt-In Method & Consent Records

Users provide express written consent by one or more of the following methods:

• Submitting a website form where the SMS consent checkbox is unchecked by default and is intentionally checked by the user.
• Submitting consent through an approved web chat flow that asks a clear SMS permission question and records the user’s response.
• Replying to a one-time verification message (when applicable) with an affirmative keyword (e.g., “YES”) to confirm opt-in.

We maintain consent records which may include phone number, date/time stamp, consent status, and other metadata (e.g., IP address when available) to comply with A2P and carrier requirements.

3. General Terms

These terms apply to all services provided by Roofing Lead Magnet Pro™. Additional service-level terms, scopes, and pricing may be provided in proposals, invoices, or service agreements.

• Service availability: service delivery timelines may vary based on market conditions, lead volume, and
client inputs.

• Limitation of liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental,
or consequential damages.

• Governing law: governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where the Company is registered unless
a written agreement states otherwise.
