Every other data platform stops you at 10,000 records. We don't stop you.
Unlimited nationwide data in one subscription — residential homeowners, commercial property owners, and aged internet leads. Every file built to your targeting by a real person. No caps, no per-record fees, no contract.
Comparison uses publicly published 2026 rates for common data platforms. Capped platforms limit exports at 10,000 records per month on entry plans; higher tiers raise the cap but do not remove it.
Four fields decide whether a list is worth anything.
Demographics are useful. Storm data is powerful. But none of it matters if you can't reach the person. Every file we build leads with the contact record — then layers everything else on top.
Full name
First and last name of the property owner, not a household label.
Every recordFull address
Complete property address — street, city, state, ZIP.
Every recordPhone
Landline or mobile, flagged so you know which before you dial. DNC-scrubbed or not, your call.
Every recordIncluded wherever it exists. Ask for an email-complete file and we'll filter to records that have one.
Where availableThree data sets. One subscription. No separate charges.
Residential, commercial and aged leads are not add-ons or upgrade tiers. Every unlimited subscription includes all three from day one.
Residential
Homeowner records nationwide, filtered to the exact street you want to work. The backbone of storm and retail roofing.
- Name, full address, phone, email
- Year built and roof age signals
- Estimated value, owner vs. renter
- Income, net worth, credit indicators
- Deepest demographic filtering
Commercial
Included in every unlimited plan at no extra cost. Building owners don't answer door knocks — you reach them by phone or not at all.
- Business and property owner records
- Building type and property class
- Decision-maker contact data
- Filter by ZIP, city, county, state
- Flat, low-slope, metal, coating targets
Aged Internet Leads
Consumers who filled out a form asking for service weeks or months ago. Cheap volume for a floor with phone capacity. Included free.
- 250 leads monthly on Monthly plans
- 5,000 up front on Annual plans
- Name, phone, project detail
- Filter by state and age bracket
- Additional volume from $0.20/lead
A person builds your file. Not a self-serve export button.
Every list is assembled to your specification by a dedicated Data Expert. Tell us what you need in plain English and it comes back built that way.

We build it
Your Data Expert assembles the file — geography, filters, DNC preference, and the fields your campaign actually needs.
Delivered to your inbox
Personalised to your request, ready to load into your dialer or CRM. If something would produce a thin list, we tell you before we build it.
Pull again, free
New market, new ZIP, new filter set — request as often as you want. There's no counter running in the background.
Three things every competitor does. We do none of them.
This isn't marketing language. Pull up any major data platform's pricing page and check it yourself.
They cap you
Entry plans stop at 10,000 records a month. Hit that ceiling mid-storm and you either wait for the reset or pay to upgrade.
They charge for phone numbers
The subscription gets you the property. A phone number attached costs $0.12–$0.15 per record on top. Real bills run 30–60% above sticker.
They lock you in
Twelve-month contracts are standard. One major platform charges a 50% early-termination fee if you leave before the term is up.
Exactly which fields you get, and how often. Published.
No data provider on earth has every field on every record. Most let you find that out after you've paid. Here's ours in advance.
| Field | Where it applies | Coverage |
|---|---|---|
| Full name | Residential & commercial | Every record |
| Full property address | Residential & commercial | Every record |
| Phone — landline or mobile | Residential & commercial | Every record |
| DNC scrub status | Residential & commercial | Your choice, every file |
| Email address | Residential & commercial | Where available |
| Year built | Residential | Most records |
| Estimated value | Residential | Most records |
| Income, net worth, credit indicators | Residential only | Most records |
| Age, marital status, household size | Residential only | Most records |
| Pool, veteran indicators | Residential only | Where reported |
| Hail size on record | Storm-affected areas | Where an event occurred |
| Wind speed on record | Storm-affected areas | Where an event occurred |
| Business type / property class | Commercial only | Most records |
Three things worth understanding before you buy.
Name, address and phone are on every single record. That's the contact core, and it never varies. Every other field layers on top of it.
Storm fields only exist where storms happened. Hail size and wind speed attach to records in areas that actually took an event. Ask for hail data on a market that hasn't been hit and the column is empty — that's the weather, not the database.
Residential carries far more demographic depth than commercial. Income, net worth, credit indicators, age and household composition are consumer fields. Commercial records carry business and property attributes instead.
Filter it before it's built. Not after you've paid for it.
Tell your Data Expert which filters matter and the file comes back built that way — not a raw dump you have to clean before your floor can use it.

The first 100 subscribers never pay more than they pay today.
We're pricing this to build a base, not to maximise a launch. The first 100 companies to subscribe get the rate locked permanently — and keep it for as long as they stay subscribed, no matter what this costs in two years.
What founding members get
- $249/month locked for life. Your rate never increases while you stay subscribed.
- Priority build queue on every request, permanently.
- Unlimited aged internet leads included with your subscription, always.
- Priority queue on every data request, permanently.
Available to the first 100 subscribers. The rate lock survives as long as your subscription stays active without a gap. Cancel and rejoin later and you rejoin at the current price.
Subscribe for unlimited, or buy once and keep it.
Not everyone wants a subscription. If you only work one state, buy the state. If you pull constantly, unlimited pays for itself in a week.

Buying one list at a time? A Single List is $149 for 2,500 records. Unlimited is $249 for as many as you want. Past roughly 4,000 records in a month, the subscription is cheaper — and you keep pulling for free after that.
See Founding 100Built for roofing. Used by anyone whose growth depends on reaching property owners.
Property owner data serves a wide professional market — contractors, investors, brokers, lenders and agencies all run on the same underlying question: who owns what, and how do I reach them. The filters here were designed around storm and retail roofing. The data underneath serves all of it.
Roofing & exterior contractors
Storm response, retail replacement, and commercial re-roof prospecting. Roof age layered over storm history is the core use case this was built for.
Residential + commercial + stormSolar, HVAC & home services
Owner-occupant targeting for replacement and renovation campaigns. Homeowner status, property value and credit indicators qualify the list before anyone dials.
Residential · demographic filtersRestoration & insurance work
Wind and hail event data mapped to affected ZIP codes, so your floor works the swath instead of the whole metro.
Storm-affected targetingReal estate investors & wholesalers
The largest buyer segment for property owner data. Owner records, property attributes and value indicators nationwide — without the export caps every investor platform builds in.
Residential · unlimited pullsAgents, brokers & mortgage
Farming a territory, absentee-owner outreach, or building a mailing footprint in a specific set of ZIP codes.
Residential · geographicCall centers & marketing agencies
Running outbound on behalf of contractor clients. Unlimited pulls across multiple markets without per-record billing eating the margin.
All data sets · internal use onlyAged internet leads, and the honest version of how they work.
| Lead age | Description | Price |
|---|---|---|
| 30–90 days | Recent inquiry | $0.75 |
| 91–365 days | Within the year | $0.35 |
| 366+ days | Long-dated volume | $0.20 |
Every unlimited subscription includes aged leads at no extra cost — pull them as freely as residential or commercial data, with no allotment and no counter. The rates above apply only to standalone aged-lead orders without a subscription. Minimum order 500 leads.
These leads are not exclusive. They sit in a shared system and another company can download the same record. We're telling you up front because you'd find out anyway, and we'd rather you hear it from us.
They also convert at a fraction of the rate a fresh exclusive lead does. Buy a pile, let it sit, and you've wasted the money.
What makes them worth having: a fresh exclusive roofing lead runs $20 to $100. These run pennies, and they don't expire. Work the same list over six months and every additional conversion drops your cost per acquisition again.
That's the honest trade — cheap volume for consistent effort. If you have the phone capacity, the math is hard to argue with. If you don't, skip them.
The things people ask before they sign up.
What's actually on every record?
Full name, complete property address, and a phone number — landline or mobile, flagged so you know which. Email is included wherever it exists. Everything beyond that (year built, value, income, storm data) layers on top and varies by record and by market.
If email is essential to your campaign, say so and we'll filter your file to records that have one.
Do I get commercial data, or is that extra?
Commercial B2B is included in both unlimited subscriptions at no additional charge, alongside residential B2C. Pull either, in any market, as often as you want.
The one exception is the free full-state download on an annual plan — that download is residential only. Commercial state files are a separate purchase, or you can pull commercial records through your normal unlimited access at no cost.
Do all records have hail size and wind speed?
Only records in areas that actually took a storm. Those fields come from event data, so they exist where an event occurred and are empty where none did. Ask for hail data in a market that hasn't been hit and you'll get an empty column — that's the weather, not the database.
Why does commercial have fewer demographic filters?
Income, net worth, credit indicators, age and household composition are consumer attributes — they describe people, so they attach to residential records. Commercial records carry business and property attributes instead: property class, building type, business category. If demographic targeting is central to your campaign, you're working residential.
Is unlimited actually unlimited?
Yes. No monthly record ceiling, no overage billing. Large pulls are delivered in segments matched to your targeting rather than one enormous file, because a two-million-row spreadsheet is useless to a sales floor. If you want a whole state in one shot, that's the State Pack — or it's free with an annual plan.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Cancel a monthly plan whenever you want and you keep access through the period you've already paid for. Annual plans don't roll into a second year automatically — if you don't want year two, you don't take year two. No early-termination fee at any point.
Is the data DNC-scrubbed?
Your choice, file by file. We deliver scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry, or non-scrubbed if your use case calls for it. You're responsible for TCPA, DNC and FCC compliance in how you contact people — we make sure you have the option, and we recommend scrubbed for any cold outbound calling.
What's the difference between buying a list and subscribing?
A one-time purchase is a single-campaign license on a snapshot of the data the day you buy it. It never updates.
A subscription lets you re-pull the same territory as records refresh, re-use the data across campaigns, and work with a dedicated Data Expert on custom targeting. Past about 4,000 records a month, it's also cheaper.
Are the aged leads exclusive to me?
No, and we say so plainly. They sit in a shared system — another company can download the same record. They're included as free volume alongside your data, not sold as exclusive appointments. If you want exclusive, phone-verified appointments, that's our lead generation service, which is a different product.
Who gets a full-state download?
A full state is a one-time entitlement, not a routine pull. Annual Unlimited subscribers receive one free full-state residential download — once, at any point during the year — and then unlimited pulls of everything else for as long as the subscription runs. State Pack buyers receive the state they purchased.
Monthly Unlimited and Single List orders do not include a full state. Additional states are $1,190 each on any plan. Everything else — ZIP codes, cities, counties — is unlimited for subscribers.
Are refunds available?
No. Once a file is delivered it has been copied to your systems and cannot be returned, so all data sales are final and no refunds are issued once a file has been sent. This is standard across the data industry, and it is the reason we offer a free sample first — test the data before you spend anything.
No dataset from any provider is perfectly accurate; a delivered file will always contain some records that are out of date. If a file is not performing the way you expected, tell your Data Expert and they will review the targeting with you so your next request is sharper.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time against future renewals. Payments already taken for a period that has begun are not refunded.
Can I resell the data?
No. All plans are licensed for your own internal business use. Resale or redistribution isn't permitted under any tier.
Start right here. No card for the free sample.
